Sandra has been with Hoots, Baker & Wiley, P.C. since 2006. She was licensed as a certified public accountant in 2007.

Tax Services:
  • Performs tax planning and return preparation of individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit, estate and trust tax returns.
  • Assists non-profit organizations with their annual informational returns.
Auditing Services:
  • Serves as a staff accountant on audits of non-profit organizations, retirement plans, construction contractors, and retailers.
Education and Training:
  • Graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration
