Betty Wiley

Betty was licensed as a certified public accountant in 1997. She has been employed in public accounting with Hoots, Baker & Wiley, P.C. since 1995.

Accounting and Management Advisory Services:
  • Performs accounting and management advisory services for a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations.
  • Works closely with clients and is in frequent contact with them throughout the year.
Tax Services:
  • Performs tax planning and return preparation services for corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and individuals.
  • Prepares non-profit organization annual information returns.
  • Performs estate planning services and prepares estate and gift tax returns.
Auditing Services:
  • Performs a variety of auditing services and currently is in charge of many of the firm’s audits of non-profit organizations and bank trust funds.
Education and Training:
  • Holds a B.S. degree in business administration, with concentration in accounting.
  • Summa cum laude graduate of Warner Pacific College.
  • Member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
  • Formerly an Enrolled Agent (1987) and Licensed Tax Consultant (1983).

  • Member of American Institute of CPAs and the Oregon Society of CPAs
  • Member of the Salem Area and Keizer Chambers of Commerce
